David Feldman concentrates his practice on civil and business litigation matters and the day-to-day issues facing the small business owner. Mr. Feldman has extensive experience in the handling of all personal injury actions including: motor vehicle collisions slip & fall incidents, defective products and medical negligence. He has succeeded in recovering several million dollars for his clients over the past 17 years. In addition to the personal injury claims, Mr. Feldman has represented many individuals and corporations involved in business and personal disputes. These matters range from collection actions, claims against corporate officers and directors for breach of fiduciary duties to breach of contract actions including asset purchase agreements, real estate contracts and construction disputes.

As well as the many litigation matters Mr. Feldman has handled, he is also experienced in corporate formation and governance, the legal and regulatory requirements for doing business in Connecticut, corporate financings and capital fund raising.

Attorney Feldman was recently awarded a 2005 National Leadership Award and was named an Honorary Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Business Advisory Counsel. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar, and is also licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Additionally, he is a member of the bar licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
